Elderberry Syrup

Made with elderberries that were gifted & foraged here in what is colonially known as Chicago summer of 2025. Oat straw, cinnamon bark, ginger, lime, apple cider vinegar & honey.

This medicine is supportive to the immune system and can be taken as preventative medicine during cold months, seasonal transitions & covid surges to come.

Care Warning: Please move slowly, large amounts of elderberry syrup may cause nausea. Oat straw is present and not intended for use for those who are allergic to oats or those who cannot ingest gluten.
