Made with yarrow & elder flowers foraged summer of 2025 here in what is colonially known as Chicago. Garden sage grown and tended to at La Guayabita Autonoma community garden & garden sage essential oil held inside of aloe vera & witch hazel.
Yarrow can stop external bleeding and can support the healing of a wound. They also do this work energetically. By creating an energetic scab over our internal wounds or painful stories. So that we know clearly what is ours and what is asking to be intentionally returned.
Garden Sage is protective & aromatic, providing grounding through our senses. Elder flowers connect us to the liminal & our ancestors. Reminding us of our innate fluidity in a world full of binaries & borders. Together these plants can support us in continuously clearing our energy while grounding us back down into ourselves.
